SDRAM DDR, DDR2, DDR3

         In the field of computer is incessantly growing rapidly, one example of technological development is DDR (Double Data Rate), call it on the product RAM (Random Access Memory), which as we know. and here, it has been known that DDR3 RAM is a new kind of development that the previous memory type DDR and DDR2.

        SD, DDR, DDR2 and DDR3 are all different types of RAM (Random Access Memory). RAM is a kind of computer memory that temporarily stores information, improving your systems performance. Or in other words RAM simply holds data for the processor. The processor also has its own memory known as the L2 cache, the cache lies between the processor and the RAM. The processor sends and retrieves data from this cache, when this cache overflows data is sent to the RAM. 

        There are mainly four types of RAM; SD, DDR, DDR2 and DDR3. They differ in the way they operate and mainly in their operation speeds. All RAM's used in computers today have a synchronous interface meaning they wait for a clock signal before it can respond to clock signals.

then I will compare about RAM: (SD RAM, DDR, DDR2, DDR3) with the using comparating & superlative sentences!

• Comparative Sentence:

1. Speeds of SDRAM are more 100 until 133MHz than DRAM.
2. DDR notch lies less towards the right side than DDR2.
3. DDR2 notch lies is more the middle of the board pulse than DDR1 memory.
4. DDR2 consumes less power than DDR memory.

7. the number of pin DDR used is greater than SDRAM.

12. DDR3 less expensive than still-popular DDR2 Product .
13. SDRAM be slower than those of chip on the module.
14. this type of SDRAM is slower than the DDR variant.

• Superlative Sentence:

1. I think computer is the most interesting device i've ever tried.
2. SD RAM the easiest notch to using Pentium 4.
3. Pentium 4 is the least difficult to use SDRAM & DDR .
4. the type of DDR 3 performance is the fastest.
5. I think DDR 3 generation, will be the best performance, durability, and up to 1600Mbps
6. the type of SDRAM or DDR is the slowest performance to use pentium Intel.
7. the higher of level DDR RAM, is the least expensive price.
